GE Aviation Approval
Existing customer approvals such as Airbus, Rolls Royce and MTU have now been supplemented in the aviation sector by the aircraft engine manufacturer GE Aviation.
HEGGEMANN has been audited and qualified for various special processes and is now, after implementing the customer requirements, a series production supplier for GE.
The special process approvals are:
- TIG Welding
- Titanium Welding
- Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)
- Endoscope inspection of welded tubes
- Laser marking
