We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our motivated and highly skilled Quality Planning team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the various departments of our company.

The tasks include:

• Project-related advance quality planning of development or new projects
• Carrying out inquiries, workflow and feasibility checks
• Creation of test concepts in coordination internally, with customers and suppliers
• Support until after completion of series start-ups
• Training employees in the areas of production, quality and measurement technology
• Development and definition of special features (key characteristics)
• Creation of test plans, test instructions and test sequence plans
• Inspection planning (APQP/PPAP, QS-1-2-3-4, 3D measuring room, FARO)
• Procurement of test facilities and test equipment
• Coordination of measurement and test gauge planning
• Participation in corrective and continuous improvement measures
• Support with the programming of measurement programs
• Initial sampling (FAI)
• Carrying out customer audits

Professional requirements:

• Completed technical studies, technician or comparable training
• Alternatively, successfully completed training, supplemented by many years of experience in the field of QA
• Experience in the area of advance quality planning
• Initiative and quick comprehension skills
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
