We are now looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our motivated and highly skilled project management team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The tasks include:

• Supporting the request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP) and request for quotation (RFQ) in coordination with the sales department
• Independent management and control of projects in the aviation industry
• Coordination and monitoring of all project-related activities in the areas of development, production and approval
• Responsibility for adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Interface management between internal departments, external partners, customers and suppliers
• Carrying out risk analyses and deriving suitable measures to minimize risks
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, reports and presentations for management
• Leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams
• Supporting the strategic development of project management within the company

Professional requirements:

• Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the aviation industry
• Experience with common project management methods (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, ERP)
• High level of initiative, assertiveness and structured way of working
