We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our motivated and highly skilled Quality Assurance team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the various departments of our company.

Tasks include:

• Responsible for test equipment management
• Maintaining and monitoring test equipment master data
• Project implementation according to customer specifications within test equipment management
• Ensuring the proper creation of acceptance and test documentation
• Selecting the calibration process and test equipment
• Qualification of test processes and test equipment
• Carrying out test equipment calibration according to specification
• Certifying the conformity of test equipment
• Maintenance, calibration of equipment
• Carrying out labeling of test equipment
• Carrying out measurements and visual inspections on test equipment
• Ensuring that configuration management (change management) requirements are met
• Coordination of fine control with the departments
• Providing feedback in the event of impending delivery date delays from external laboratories

Specialist requirements:

• Skilled worker specializing in mechanical engineering, metal processing in general
• Further training as a test equipment officer (e.g. TÜV Academy or comparable)
• Professional experience in the field of quality management, preferably quality inspection
• Knowledge and handling of a CAQ system (e.g. QS-1-2-3-4)
• Confident handling and experience with IT systems (Windows, MS-Office)
